Rental Requirements
All rentals require a valid license, Proof of Home address i.e.( Utility bill), proof of insurance on the tow vehicle that extends coverage to the trailer, a working 7-blade trailer connector plug, a 2 5/16″ ball hitch, and a some rentals require a $200 refundable deposit, plus rental fee. The hitch must be rated for at least 14,000 pounds, and the top of the ball must sit at least 22 inches from the ground to ensure the trailer is pitched correctly. Fully adjustable rental hitches are available for $10 per day. The damage deposit must be on credit or debit card. Prices do not include tax. The Texas State Comptroller dictates a 10% gross rental receipts tax of all rentals 30 days or fewer. We does our best to accurately describe trailers within each size class, but some variability exists between different years, makes, and models of trailers within the same class. There is an automatic $35 minimum cleaning fee for all rentals unless the trailer is returned AS CLEAN or CLEANER than when rented.

Rental, Indemnity and Warranties:
This is a contract for the rental of the Trailer. We may repossess the Trailer at your expense Without notice to you if the Trailer is abandoned or used in violation of law or this Agreement. You agree to indemnify us, defend us and hold us harmless from all claims, liability, costs and attorney fees we incur resulting from, or arising out of this rental and your use of the Vehicle.
Condition and Return of Trailer:
You must return the Trailer to our rental office or other location we specify, on the date and time specified in this Agreement, and in the same condition that you received it , except for ordinary wear. There is an automatic $35 minimum cleaning fee for all rentals unless the trailer is returned AS CLEAN or CLEANER than when rented. If you wish to extend the Rental Period, you must get a written amendment by us before the due-in date. If the Trailer is returned after closing hours, you remain responsible for the loss of, and any damage to, the Trailer until we inspect it upon the next business day. Service to the Trailer or replacement of parts or accessories during the rental must have our prior approval.
Responsibility for Trailer Damage or Loss;
You are responsible for all damage to or loss or theft of the Trailer, including damage caused by weather, acts of God or terrain conditions. Your responsibility will include all physical damage to the Trailer, towing, storage, and impound charges and other reasonable incidental and consequential damages; and all costs associated with our enforcement of this Agreement or collection of Charges, including attorneys’ fees, collection fees, and costs whether or not litigation is commenced. You must report all accidents or incidents of theft and vandalism to us and the police as soon as you discover them.
Prohibited Uses:
The following uses of the Trailer prohibited and are material breaches of this Agreement. FORBIDDEN WASTE like Oil and oil filters, Tires, Paint, Medical Waste, Infectious Waste, Lead Acid Batteries, PCB, Asbestos, Liquids, Regulated Hazmat Material. Any of the above items discovered at the landfill will incur an additional charge equivalent to fines received. Please do not overfill the Trailer – Materials such as Concrete, metal, sand, fill dirt, and shingles weigh a lot. The Trailer shall not be operated or used off-road or: (a) by anyone who is not an Authorized Driver, or by anyone whose driver’s or other operator’s license is suspended in any jurisdiction; (b) by anyone under the influence of prescription or non-prescription drugs or alcohol; (c) by anyone who obtained the Vehicle or extended the rental period by giving us false, fraudulent or misleading information; (d) in furtherance of any illegal purpose or under any circumstance that would constitute a violation of law. other than a minor traffic violation; (e) while pushing or towing anything, or in any race, speed test or contest, or while teaching anyone to drive the trailer; (f) when the Trailers tires are low, or it is otherwise reasonable to expect you to know that further operation would damage the Tailer; (g) to commit a willful, wanton or reckless act.
Cancellations / Rain / Late Arrival / Return:
If you need to cancel a confirmed reservation we ask it happens at least 5 days prior to the start date of the reservation. If you are unable to cancel with us prior to the 5-day communication and cancellation period no refund will be provided. Please plan your time accordingly. We do not offer credits or refunds for early returns, or any unused portion of the rental period. If the weather calls for rain and you have not taken possession of the Trailer we will reschedule your rental. If you are past your scheduled pickup time you will forfeit your rental with no refund. If you return the Trailer past your scheduled return time you will be responsible for a late fee.
